Free.
A clear view of where your revenue engine stands and what to address first. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.
The Health Check is a first read, not a full diagnostic. It does not include access to your systems, analysis of your data, implementation, or documentation beyond the scorecard.
Companies that want the full picture move on to the Revenue Engine Audit — a complete diagnostic with a prioritised plan of action.
02 · Paid diagnostic
Revenue Engine Audit
4 weeks
An end-to-end diagnostic of your commercial systems, processes and data, quantifying the impact of each problem and setting out a prioritised plan of action.
An end-to-end detailed diagnostic of your commercial systems, processes and data, quantifying the financial impact of each problem and setting out a prioritised plan of action.
B2B companies ready to act, but who want to understand exactly what the opportunities are before investing in a solution. Often the natural next step after a Health Check, or when leadership agrees something has to change.
Interviews with the people who run and depend on the revenue engine
An end-to-end map of the revenue process, from first touch to renewal
A review of CRM and data health
A review of the tool stack — coverage, integration and overlap
Conversion analysis across every stage, identifying where revenue is lost
A review of pipeline management and forecasting
An assessment of process ownership and accountability
A live findings presentation
Four deliverables: a diagnosis report, a detailed scorecard, a cost estimate, and a prioritised roadmap.
Four weeks. Working sessions and stakeholder interviews alongside independent analysis, concluding with the live findings presentation and the four documented deliverables.
A fixed fee, agreed in writing before the work begins.
A complete picture of what is limiting your revenue engine, what it is costing you, and the order in which to address it.
The Audit delivers the diagnosis and the plan. Building or changing systems sits within the Rebuild. Scope covers an agreed number of interviews and systems, set before the work begins.
Most companies take the roadmap straight into the Revenue Engine Rebuild. Others execute it in-house, with senior support available through the Revenue Engine Partner.
03 · Project
Revenue Engine Rebuild
Project-based
Implementation of the Audit roadmap: systems rebuilt, processes defined, and everything documented.
Implementation of the Audit roadmap: systems, processes and reporting rebuilt into one engine that runs cleanly and performs properly.
B2B companies with a defined set of problems and the commitment to resolve them. Typically follows an Audit, though a company arriving with its own diagnosis can start directly.
Scope is drawn from the Audit roadmap and agreed in full before the work begins. Depending on what the diagnosis found, that typically covers:
CRM redesign and clean-up, so the business works from one source of truth
Sales process and stages defined, documented and built into the system
Pipeline management and forecasting rebuilt
Reporting and dashboards leadership can rely on
The tool stack consolidated and properly integrated
Handoffs between marketing, sales and customer success defined and owned
Full documentation of everything built
Handover and enablement for the people who will own the system
Project-based. Duration and phasing follow the agreed scope, delivered against a schedule with defined milestones and regular checkpoints.
A fixed project fee, agreed in writing before the work begins.
A revenue engine that performs: data you can trust, a process the team actually follows, and forecasting that holds up under scrutiny. Built to the highest standard, documented in full, and owned by you from day one.
The Rebuild delivers the agreed scope, with handover and enablement for the people who will own the system. Broader team training is scoped separately. Continuous development and support beyond handover sit within the Revenue Engine Partner.
Once the engine is running, the Revenue Engine Partner keeps it developing as the business changes.

How pricing works
Every service is priced as a fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work begins.
The scope is defined and the price is set before anything starts. The number you agree is the number you pay.
What you pay reflects what is being delivered, not how long it takes to deliver it. If the work takes longer than expected, that is our problem rather than yours.
If something material changes during a project, it is discussed, scoped and agreed before any additional work happens.
What a project costs depends on the size of the business, the state of the systems, and what the diagnosis actually finds. Quoting a figure before understanding any of that would be a guess. The Health Check is free, and it gives us both enough to talk about real numbers.
Frequently Asked Questions
We work with all the major tools in the RevOps ecosystem, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Gong, Outreach, and more. We’ll meet you where you are and help you get the most out of your stack.
Sometimes. Where a genuine gap is holding the engine back, we will say so and explain why. More often the answer is to use what you already have properly, or to remove something rather than add to it. No tool gets recommended without a specific problem it solves.
That is a good time to start. Choosing and implementing a CRM properly is far easier than correcting one that has been in use for two years. What matters is the intention to work from a single system of record.
No. The Health Check is free and most companies begin there, but you can start with whichever service fits your situation. A company that already holds a clear diagnosis can go straight to the Rebuild.
Much of our retained work sits alongside an in-house person. Sometimes that means senior guidance for someone earlier in their career, sometimes extra delivery capacity for someone experienced and stretched. Either way, the aim is to make that person more effective.
Yes. B2B is where a revenue engine has the structure this work depends on — a defined pipeline, a sales team, and handoffs between marketing, sales and customer success. Within B2B we work across sectors, with the deepest experience in software and technology.
Access is limited to what the work requires, granted by you, and removed when the work ends. We work under an NDA whenever you want one. Any data taken out of your systems for analysis is treated as confidential and deleted once the work is complete.
Less than you would expect. The Audit needs a handful of interviews and one or two working sessions. The Rebuild needs a named point of contact and scheduled checkpoints. Most of the work happens independently, and we schedule around your team rather than the other way round.
A Health Check can usually be booked within a week. Audits and Rebuilds are scheduled around current commitments, and we take on a limited number at a time so each gets proper attention. The Health Check call is the fastest way to find out what is realistic.
English, Portuguese and Spanish. Deliverables and documentation are produced in whichever suits your team, which matters for companies operating between LatAm and international markets.
We work remotely and asynchronously by design, across European, Brazilian and Middle Eastern hours. Meetings are scheduled around your team, and the work between them does not depend on being in the same place.
