We started as insiders.
Revenue House exists because the same problems kept turning up.
The reason behind Revenue House
We lived these problems before we started solving them.
We spent ten years inside B2B companies, building the systems that connect marketing, sales and customer success, and watched the same failures repeat.
Forecasts looked healthy on paper, but reality told a different story. We kept seeing the same gap between what was expected and what actually happened.
The playbook existed, but only in someone’s memory. When that person was away, deals stalled and handovers broke. A process that isn’t written down and built into the tools isn’t really a process.
The stack kept growing, but the problems stayed. Each new tool was rolled out halfway, adopted by a few, and quietly abandoned.
Numbers pulled from three systems into one spreadsheet, late at night, with formulas nobody dared touch. Every month the ritual repeated, and every month it took longer. Reporting that should take minutes was consuming days of senior time.
We’ve seen the same things break many times. So we made fixing them the whole job.
Convictions
What we believe
Growth should be predictable
A business that relies on a small number of individuals to hit its numbers is exposed. Well-built systems convert individual effort into results the whole company can repeat.
That means
Scalable operating models
Clear ownership and accountability
Results that compound over time
Evidence before opinion
Advice is easy to produce and easy to dismiss. What makes it useful is the evidence behind it and the plan that follows: what was found, what it is costing, and the order in which to address it.
That means
Findings backed by your own data
Costs quantified, not guessed
A clear order of priorities
The right answer is sometimes no
Not every company needs this work, and not every company needs it yet. Declining a project where we cannot truly make an impact may cost us revenue in the short term but keeps a reputation worth having.
That means
Honest advice, even against our interest
No work we can’t stand behind
Recommendations you can trust
The finished work should stand on its own
Everything is documented and visible as it is built. When a project is complete, your team should understand the engine well enough to run and develop it without outside support, if this is the right decision for the company.
That means
Everything documented as it’s built
Your team trained to run it
No dependency on us by design
How we work
Five principles that keep our work focused, flexible and built for real results across markets.
01
Remote and asynchronous
The work happens in documents, systems and calls. No office, no travel cost, no geography. This gives us access to the best talent and keeps projects moving faster without the overhead.
Key benefits
Work with the best talent, anywhere
Faster progress, fewer meetings
Lower costs, higher focus
02
Senior ownership from day one
Every project is scoped, led and reviewed by someone senior. Where extra hands are needed, the work may be shared by a team but the responsibility for its result never is.
Key benefits
A senior lead on every decision
No hand-offs to juniors
One owner for the result
03
Fixed scope and fixed price
Every project is defined and priced in writing before it begins, so the cost is known and the boundaries are clear from the start.
Key benefits
The cost is known before work starts
No surprise invoices
Clear boundaries, in writing
04
One point of contact
The same person from the first day of the project to the final handover.
Key benefits
One person who knows everything
No context lost between people
Faster answers, less coordination
05
Across markets
We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Interviews and documentation happen in the language your team actually uses, which produces better answers and more accurate results.
Key benefits
Work in English, Portuguese or Spanish
Interviews in your team’s own language
Better answers, more accurate results

“I’ve always been the person
who likes to rebuild broken things”
The person behind Revenue House
I’ve spent most of my career being the person who likes to rebuild the broken thing everyone else works around. It took me a while to realise that was a job, and longer to realise it was the one I wanted the most.
The work is mostly listening carefully, asking uncomfortable questions, and turning what I hear into processes that match how a team actually works rather than how someone once imagined it would.
I like puzzles, and a revenue engine that isn’t working is a good one. The best part is handing back the solved version and watching a team run it without me.
